1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to every handyman, professional, service provider, and provider-team member who creates, operates, or benefits from a FindPlus provider account. Registration is free. A provider must be at least 18 years old and must complete the required mobile, identity, profile, and service-registration steps.
2. Accurate identity and trust evidence
Providers must submit only their own accurate information. Mobile ownership verified by OTP, base Aadhaar identity verification, and face enrollment are completed in the registration flow and remain authoritative once their completion timestamps are recorded. They are not offered again as separate Trust Centre checks. Aadhaar-photo match, face match, liveness, address, profession, experience, police checks, payout details, trusted contacts, social profiles, and mutual-contact confirmations remain separate trust signals; each becomes active only after its named verification provider passes it and, where required, an authorised FindPlus employee reviews the evidence.
- Never submit another person’s identity, photo, account, certificate, bank, or work history.
- Keep profession, experience, service areas, rates, address, contact, and payout details current.
- Complete a fresh check when evidence expires, materially changes, or is requested for safety review.
3. Profession and experience confirmations
FindPlus may invite registered mutual contacts to confirm a provider’s stated profession or experience. A confirmation is a private supporting signal, not a licence, guarantee, or police clearance. Providers must not pressure, pay, coach, or retaliate against a person for confirming or declining a request. FindPlus displays aggregate trust counts where appropriate and does not reveal who gave an individual response.
4. On duty, connection, and location
The provider controls one work choice: On duty or Off duty. App connection and heartbeat are observed by the platform and are not a second availability switch. With foreground location permission, Find+ Pro may send a current operational point while the provider is On duty and actively using the app so nearby matching, availability, dispatch, and authorised safety or support operations can work. Continuous or background location is a separate, just-in-time permission used only for an eligible active booking or another clearly disclosed safety purpose, with a visible service notification where Android requires it. Off duty stops new ordinary operational-point sharing. An authorised employee may reveal a fresh consented point only with a dedicated permission, recorded reason, and audit event; overall Trust Centre completion is not used as a substitute for location consent. Providers must not falsify location, availability, arrival, job progress, or completion.
5. Booking and service conduct
- Review the customer’s service, timing, address, scope, and disclosed price before accepting.
- Arrive and start work only through the authorised booking flow, including any required OTP.
- Explain additional parts, materials, labour, transport, or scope before cost is incurred.
- Respect the customer, household, property, access instructions, privacy, and safety.
- Use accurate status updates and close the job only when the agreed service is complete.
- Keep booking communication and payment records in the approved workflow where available.
6. Safety and prohibited conduct
Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, theft, fraud, unsafe work, intoxication during a job, sexual misconduct, misuse of customer data, weapons, deliberate property damage, account sharing, impersonation, review manipulation, off-platform coercion, and retaliation are prohibited. Emergencies should be reported to the appropriate local emergency authority first, then to FindPlus support when safe.
7. Prices, platform fees, membership, and payouts
Registration and listing do not require an upfront joining fee. Eligible completed bookings may carry a platform fee. The applicable rate is determined by the versioned fee policy and the membership level effective for that booking; later fee-policy changes do not rewrite a completed booking’s recorded fee snapshot. Higher membership levels may improve discovery opportunity and reduce future platform-fee rates. Payouts and splits may be processed through Razorpay or another approved payment partner, subject to verification, settlement timing, reversals, refunds, disputes, taxes, and partner rules.
8. Feedback, +1/−1 signals, and membership
Customers may provide ratings, written feedback, and private +1 or −1 job recommendations after an appropriate delay. These signals may affect quality review, membership level, future visibility, and platform-fee eligibility. FindPlus does not disclose which customer gave an individual private +1 or −1 signal. Providers must not pressure customers for a particular result or retaliate for feedback.
9. Connect+ and public updates
Connect+ helps providers build a professional network, receive referrals and mutual confirmations, and publish relevant work updates. Posts and profile content must be truthful, lawful, respectful, and related to professional activity. Do not expose customer identity, addresses, conversations, photos, job details, or private contact information without valid consent.
10. Complaints, evidence, and review
FindPlus may review booking records, messages, status history, payment events, verification evidence, permitted location history, and submitted complaint evidence. Providers must cooperate honestly. Admin staff review evidence and partner results; they must not mark a partner-authoritative check as passed without the required source evidence.
11. Restrictions and account action
FindPlus may pause discovery, disable On duty access, hold eligible settlements, require reverification, restrict features, suspend, or close an account where required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, repeated service failure, payment disputes, policy breaches, or unreliable identity information. The action should be proportionate, recorded, and reviewable through the available support or appeal route.
12. Changes and acceptance
Material policy changes receive a new version. Acceptance is recorded against the exact version and SHA-256 document digest, the provider account, a privacy-protected identity reference, and the server timestamp. A provider may be required to review and accept a newer version before continuing affected activity.
