1. Scope and controller
SHARKPLUS TECH PVT LTD operates the Find+ website, customer app, professional app (“Find+ Pro”), and related services. This policy applies when you create or use an account, search, hire, manage a booking, complete a job, use Visit Pass or Connect+, submit trust information, contact support, or use a payment feature.
FindPlus is a service-coordination platform. Data handled independently by a bank, payment provider, mobile operating system, identity-verification provider, social network, map provider, or telecom provider may also be governed by that provider’s own notice.
2. Information collected
Account and profile information
Name, registered mobile number, account identifiers, profile photo, city, state, address or service area, language or app preferences, referral information, device/session identifiers, and account status.
Booking and service information
Search choices, profession and service, booking details, service address, schedule, notes, accepted scope, service-start and status updates, chat, uploaded job or parts images, approved changes, cancellations, ratings, recommendations, payment or refund status, and complaint records.
Payment and commerce information
Amounts, bills, discounts, tips, payment and refund status, payment-provider references, offers, promotional credit, platform fees, and limited UPI, bank, tax or payout information when a supported feature needs it. Find+ does not ask you to send a payment PIN or complete bank credential in chat. For a direct customer-to-professional payment, Find+ records the amount and the confirmations made in the booking; the money itself does not pass through Find+.
Technical and usage information
App version, operating system, device and push-notification identifiers, diagnostic events, security and authentication events, feature interaction, network information, and service logs needed to operate, protect, and improve the platform.
3. Identity, face, and trust information
Professional onboarding may process mobile OTP results, an Aadhaar verification result or reference, limited Aadhaar-derived details, one registration profile photo and its face and photo-quality result, profession and experience information, address evidence, PCC or PVC evidence, policy and agreement acceptance, payout readiness, optional social links, and profession confirmations from eligible Find+ connections.
Find+ does not keep the full Aadhaar number in the normal professional profile. It may keep a protected reference, the last four digits where needed, verification dates, and review results for duplicate prevention, safety, support, audit or legal requirements. A verification provider may process submitted identity or face information for the requested check.
4. Location, presence, and contacts
Location is used only for the feature and permission shown to you. A customer may use it to select a service address, find nearby professionals or follow an eligible active booking. A professional may share current location while On duty for nearby matching and may share route progress for an accepted visit.
Find+ does not present professional location as permanent tracking. Ordinary nearby sharing stops when the professional goes Off duty. Active-booking sharing ends when the visit no longer needs tracking. Device permission, GPS, battery and network conditions can create gaps or less precise updates.
For a professional, Find+ also processes Smart Work Hours, temporary duty choices, selected services, travel distance, the Ready for matches period, and the chosen limit for pending offers. These settings are used to show availability and offer suitable work, not to follow movement outside working time.
Contact access is optional and used only after permission and a Connect+ or trust-contact action. Find+ may compare protected contact details to find an eligible connection or deliver an invitation. Ordinary search, booking, and support do not require uploading an address book.
Visit Pass
When a customer creates a Visit Pass, Find+ processes the chosen recipient, delivery method, expiry and selected visit updates. The limited read-only view can include the professional’s public name, profile photo, profession and coarse visit milestones. Exact address, contact numbers, private messages, service codes and payment details are not included. The customer can revoke access, and the pass ends when it expires or the booking no longer qualifies.
5. How information is used
- Create, authenticate, secure, and recover accounts.
- Match customers and available handymen, provide booking context, and coordinate service milestones.
- Operate chat, notifications, support intake, complaints, refunds, and safety review.
- Verify identity, eligibility, trust submissions, payout readiness, and policy acceptance.
- Validate campaign eligibility; reserve, apply, release, restore, expire, or reverse promotional credit; and prevent duplicate or abusive redemption.
- Process or reconcile payments, platform fees, settlements, source refunds, reversals, and disputes.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, impersonation, unsafe activity, and unauthorised access.
- Measure reliability, service quality, app performance, and feature usage, and improve FindPlus.
- Meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, audit, and regulatory obligations and respond to valid legal process.
7. Support conversations and safety cases
Help may first show a short answer for the selected topic. If you continue to support, Find+ keeps the topic, relevant account or booking, messages, attachments and status so the issue can be handled without losing context.
A serious safety, conduct, damage, fraud, payment or refund concern may require a formal review and relevant evidence. A normal decline or cancellation does not by itself create a case. Share only what is needed for the issue. Find+ is not an emergency-response service; contact the appropriate local emergency authority first if there is immediate danger.
8. Retention and security
Different records are retained for different periods. FindPlus keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary for the service purpose, account and booking history, safety or fraud review, dispute handling, financial reconciliation, audit, backup recovery, or applicable legal obligations. Deletion or account closure may not immediately remove records that must be preserved for one of those purposes, and protected backups may expire on a separate cycle.
Find+ uses access, encryption, monitoring and staff-control measures intended to reduce unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No online or mobile service can promise absolute security.
9. Your choices and requests
You can update supported profile fields in the relevant app, control On duty status in Find+ Pro, manage device permissions in system settings, and choose whether to use optional contact-based features. You may ask FindPlus to correct account information, explain a processing activity, or close and delete your account and associated information, subject to identity confirmation and records that must be retained.
To make a privacy or account-deletion request, use the guided support flow or email the address below from the registered contact where possible. Describe the account type and request; do not email an OTP, payment PIN, full Aadhaar number, or complete bank credential.
10. Children
Handyman registration is available only to adults who meet the stated onboarding requirements. FindPlus is not designed for a child to register as a handyman. A customer who is not legally able to enter the relevant transaction should use the service only with an authorised adult and as permitted by applicable law.
11. Changes and contact
FindPlus may update this policy when data practices, features, vendors, or legal requirements change. A material revision receives a new version and effective date and may be presented in the apps where renewed notice or acceptance is appropriate.
