1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, making or accepting a booking, using a payment-linked feature, or otherwise using FindPlus, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable Privacy Policy. A handyman must also review the versioned Provider Policy and Provider Agreement presented during onboarding or later renewal.

You must provide accurate information and be legally able to use the relevant service. Handyman registration is available only to adults who meet the onboarding and approval requirements. If you use FindPlus for an organisation or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. What FindPlus provides

FindPlus provides technology for service discovery, trust signals, booking coordination, status tracking, communication, support, payment orchestration, complaints, and service records. Availability, professional assignment, timing, coverage, price, and individual features vary by location, category, account state, device capability, and operating conditions.

Unless SHARKPLUS TECH PVT LTD separately agrees in writing, a handyman is not made an employee, partner, franchisee, or agent of the company merely by registering. The handyman remains responsible for lawful and professional performance of accepted services, while FindPlus controls the platform workflow, eligibility, safety, and marketplace rules.

3. Account responsibilities

  • Keep the registered mobile number and account information accurate.
  • Protect OTPs, devices, sessions, payment PINs, passwords, and identity information. FindPlus support will not ask you to post those secrets in chat.
  • Do not share an account, impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, or submit false identity, address, profession, experience, settlement, booking, or evidence information.
  • Notify support promptly if you believe an account or booking has been accessed without authority.

4. Search, bookings, and service completion

Search and Best Match use relevant service, area, availability, quality, trust and safety information. A customer may request alternatives. Placement is not a guarantee of suitability, future conduct or a service outcome.

A customer must provide an accurate service location, scope, access instructions, and safe working conditions. A handyman must review the available booking information before accepting, arrive and update status truthfully, use the required OTP and completion workflow, respect the customer and property, and perform only work the handyman is competent and legally permitted to perform.

Cancellation, decline, reschedule, start, completion and payment actions depend on the booking’s current stage. The booking screen shows the next available action. A normal decline or cancellation does not automatically create a support case.

5. Prices, materials, payments, and settlements

The booking shows whether pricing is hourly, fixed, per unit, a combination, or a diagnosis visit followed by an approved quote. Parts, products, spares, consumables, transport or replacement items are included only when separately shown and accepted. A professional must explain an additional cost before it is incurred, and the customer must approve an eligible addition or time extension in the app before it joins the booking.

Direct payment between customer and professional. Most service payments are made directly by cash or UPI using the amount and payee shown for that booking. Find+ records the bill and the confirmations made by both sides, but does not hold or release that direct payment. If the payment status is disputed, use Help from the same booking.

Tips. A tip is optional. For a direct payment-code booking, the customer chooses it while confirming the work and before the professional’s payment code is generated, so the code carries one final amount. A supported different payment flow may offer the tip at the later time shown in that flow. A tip is currently accepted between ₹10 and ₹2,000, belongs to the professional, carries no Find+ platform fee, and is shown separately from the service price.

Where a payment partner is offered, that partner processes the transaction under its own terms. Find+ records the payment or refund status needed for the service. Find+ is not a bank account, deposit account or unrestricted stored-value wallet.

Promotional credit or a coupon may reduce an eligible amount under the shown campaign rules. Promotional credit is normally limited to its stated purpose, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, may expire, and is not refunded as cash.

A customer can request refund help from the relevant booking. For a direct payment, the professional records the proposed full or partial refund and the customer confirms or disputes it. If the parties do not agree, support may request relevant evidence and review the issue. A refund request starts a review; it does not by itself move money or guarantee an outcome or time.

Professional registration has no upfront joining charge. A current plan or eligible completed booking may carry the price or platform fee shown for it. A verified professional level may improve future plan pricing, and the service signals behind it may affect merit-based opportunity. No level or payment buys verification, search position or guaranteed bookings. Taxes, KYC, disputes, reversals and payment-partner conditions may affect settlement.

6. Trust signals, safety, and location

Availability and matching controls. Smart Work Hours can apply a professional’s saved weekly hours and special dates. A manual On duty or Off duty choice temporarily overrides that schedule until the time shown in the app. Ready for matches lets the professional choose eligible services, travel distance, how long to accept suitable requests and the offered limit for pending requests. These choices do not guarantee any volume of work.

Mobile, Aadhaar identity, profession and experience, address, mutual-contact, social-profile, police, bank, policy, and agreement indicators each describe a specific evidence state. The Provider registration photo must contain one clear face and becomes the normal profile picture. Trust indicators are not insurance, professional licensing, an employment endorsement, a promise of service quality, or a guarantee that no risk exists.

Location features require the permission shown in the app. Professional location may be used while On duty for nearby matching and during an eligible accepted visit for route progress. It is not continuous 24/7 tracking, and it ends when the relevant availability or booking stage ends. GPS, device and network limits can cause gaps or less precise estimates. Users must not falsify location, presence, arrival, booking or completion information.

Visit Pass. An eligible customer can share the professional’s public name, profile photo, profession and selected coarse visit milestones in a read-only view for one intended family member. The pass does not verify identity, let the recipient control or pay for the booking, or include exact address, phone numbers, private messages, service codes or payment details. The customer can revoke it, and it expires.

For immediate danger, move to safety and contact the appropriate local emergency authority first. FindPlus support and safety-case tools assist with platform records and review but are not emergency-response services.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not use FindPlus for harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, theft, fraud, unsafe work, sexual misconduct, weapons, intoxicated service delivery, deliberate property damage, illegal services, identity misuse, account sharing, review manipulation, evidence tampering, scraping, malware, unauthorised access, payment circumvention, or retaliation against a person who reports or reviews an issue.

You may not pressure another person to provide a particular rating, +1/−1 recommendation, mutual attestation, social verification, or case statement, and may not attempt to discover the author of a private recommendation where the platform keeps that identity confidential.

8. Chat, uploads, updates, and Connect+

Only submit content you are entitled to use and that is relevant to the booking, profile, update, trust check, or support issue. Do not post another person’s sensitive identity, financial, contact, or location data without a valid reason and appropriate permission. FindPlus may restrict, remove, preserve, or review content to operate the service, protect participants, enforce these terms, or comply with applicable law.

Connect+, ratings, likes, follows, mutual-contact signals, professional updates, and recommendations are community and reputation features. They must be authentic and must not be bought, traded, automated, or manipulated. Negative public reactions are not a replacement for private safety or complaint reporting.

9. Guided support, complaints, and disputes

Help may first show guidance for the selected topic. If personal help is needed, continue to support from the relevant account screen or booking so the useful context stays connected.

A formal review is used for serious safety, conduct, fraud, damage or disputed-payment concerns—not for every normal decline or cancellation. Provide truthful, relevant information and cooperate with review. Find+ may request more details, correct a record, help with an available resolution or apply proportionate account controls. Nothing here removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Feature restrictions, suspension, and account closure

FindPlus may limit discovery, On duty access, booking actions, support channels, content, payment or settlement features, or account access when reasonably needed for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment review, unreliable identity information, repeated service failure, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, actions should be recorded and reviewable through the available support or appeal route.

You may request account closure through the available app or support process. Closure does not erase outstanding payment obligations, active disputes, safety records, or information that must be retained under the Privacy Policy.

11. Availability, third parties, and responsibility

FindPlus is provided on an available basis and may be interrupted by maintenance, network failure, device limits, demand, location coverage, third-party systems, or events outside reasonable control. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular search position, assignment, earning, response time, verification outcome, settlement date, or service result.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party remains responsible for loss caused by its own unlawful conduct, fraud, negligence, or breach. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Third-party products, materials, warranties, networks, stores, banks, maps, identity services, and payment services remain subject to their own terms and availability.

12. Changes, governing law, and contact

FindPlus may update these terms as the platform, pricing workflow, safety controls, vendors, or legal requirements change. A material revision receives a new version and effective date and may require renewed notice or acceptance. Continued use after the applicable effective date means the updated terms apply to later activity, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

These terms are governed by applicable law in India. The parties should first use FindPlus support and the available complaint or appeal process in good faith. An unresolved dispute may be brought before a competent authority or court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
