Visit Pass

Share visit progress, not the private booking.

A Find+ customer can share a time-limited, read-only visit summary with one family member. The recipient sees selected service progress while the booking owner keeps control.

Shared details

Useful visit context, with clear limits.

The family member sees only the visit details selected for the pass, not the full booking.

Service and schedule

The service category, scheduled time and visit milestones can be included.

Coarse arrival progress

The recipient can see an arrival estimate or milestone without receiving exact route or address data.

Professional recognition

The view can show the professional’s public name, profession, current profile photo for recognition and approved public trust chips.

Reviewed city

Only the reviewed city is shared, never the exact service address.

When it helps

Keep a trusted person informed when you cannot be home.

Use Visit Pass when a family member should recognise the professional and follow basic visit progress without receiving private booking controls.

OwnerOpen the booking

Choose Visit Pass from an eligible customer booking.

OwnerSelect family

Choose the intended person and review what the pass will show.

RecipientAccept securely

Open the invitation or verify the intended mobile number.

TogetherFollow progress

See selected milestones until the owner revokes access or the pass ends.

Never included

Private booking details stay outside the pass.

Visit Pass does not include contact numbers, the exact location, private messages, service codes, payments or private support information.

No exact service address or live route.
No customer or professional contact numbers.
No booking OTP or service-start code.
No payment amount, method or settlement details.
No messages or private support information.

Recipient access

Shared with a named person, not the open web.

The customer chooses one family member and how to send the pass. Only the intended recipient can open it.

01

Create from the eligible booking

The booking owner reviews the purpose and details to share before creating the pass.

02

Choose an app invitation or private link

An app invitation is for a verified Find+ customer account at the recipient number. A private link is created for the intended mobile recipient.

03

Recipient confirms access

An app recipient can accept or decline the invitation. A link recipient verifies the intended mobile number with a one-time code.

04

View the visit summary

Once access is active, the family member can view the available visit updates until access ends. The pass remains read-only.

Booking-owner control

Access can end before the visit does.

The customer can end access at any time, and every pass expires.

Time-limited

The pass has an expiry and also ends when the booking no longer qualifies.

Revocable

The booking owner can revoke active recipient access from the customer app.

Replaceable private link

When available, replacing the link ends access through the old one and creates a new link for the intended family member.

Clear history

The owner can see whether the pass is invited, active, revoked or expired.

Current professional

If the assigned professional changes, the old pass stops showing the visit and the owner can create a new one.

Recipient-specific

A pass is created for one family member. It should not be reposted or forwarded as a general tracking link.

Use Visit Pass from the booking.

The booking owner creates and controls a real Visit Pass inside the Find+ customer app. Recipients should use only the invitation or private link intended for them.
